Good Day I am Nicholas Jackson-Smith, Director of Aura Journeys Ltd and Principal Chauffeur. Based in the East Midlands with an office in Central Scotland also.
I have been in the chauffeur industry since 2007, my journey started alongside my wife and fellow director of Aura Journeys. Having spent 10 Years in the retail sector and progressing through several management training programs both in customer-facing and service roles my passion for good quality service was developed and tuned. Since leaving school I have always had the desire to start my own business, with a roadmap in place to achieve this once we had the foundation and structure in place to start the business the decision was taken to leave my role and start Aura Journeys.
With years of experience in providing an outstanding chauffeur experience from first contact to journeys completion, the pride taken from our feedback and reviews are testament to the service offered. I have an in-depth knowledge of Event & Festival travel planning along with providing Civic Transport Services for Local Authorities and Mayors.
I currently have Football Clubs and Sports Personalities on our client list, with non-Disclosure agreements in place and our professional service levels discretion is always given with every journey.
The opportunity to become a member of the Guild of Professional Chauffeurs was taken as part of our ongoing personal development, the guild has a fantastic reputation and offers chauffeurs the opportunity to obtain a professionally accredited qualification to support their business and give clients confidence in the quality of service given.
Knowing that I will be working to a recognised standard of service alongside other Guild members gives us something different to other drivers that have not been through the process and obtained the Guilds accreditation as a Chauffeur.
I am proud to be a member of the Guild and looking forward to furthering my development with their support and guidance, along with setting the standard for the chauffeur profession.
