The weekend of the 18th and 19th of January saw a hugely successful GoPC networking and social event in the West Midlands with a turnout of Chauffeurs from all over the UK that well exceeded our expectations.
We were keen to give the many Chauffeurs interested in being part of the Guild an opportunity to see first hand what’s its all about and quiz both the management team and existing members about the merits of becoming part of it.
The Saturday consisted of a presentation delivered by Steve Sommerfeld and Andy Dubberley, with plenty of input from the audience of existing and potential members. This was followed by a very informal dinner and get together over a pint or two!
The networking continued on the Sunday morning with everyone who stayed over gathering for breakfast and the all important swapping of business cards.
The weekend provided what has undoubtedly being our most successful PR event to date, and the response since has been nothing short of overwhelming with a number of subsequent assessment weekends filling up very quickly.
